NEW
GREENER MARK'S AUTO BODY
With
increased global concern for the environment coming to the forefront,
 Mark’s
Auto Body
has
“Gone Green”
and
has taken steps to decrease the impact on our surroundings. We have added a new
SiKKENS Water-based
paint technology system which reduces harmful VOC emissions by more than 85%.
Although this technology is costly and required a major retrofitting of our
equipment, we felt it was a necessary step in the right direction. At this time, this is not a GVRD requirement
but
we wanted to be one of the first to
lead the industry to a
brighter more credible future.
 We’ve
also added Hybrid vehicles to our fleet of courtesy cars and installed
state-of-the-art solvent recycling equipment. As resources allow we will
continue to improve and employ enviro-friendly technology and business
practices.
We
strive to reduce, reuse and recycle wherever possible, as
it’s our children’s future world
to enjoy
and share.
The
alternative is not an option.
